Use of Personal Data Policy

Cataldo Training Ltd requires the following personal information:

Name
Signature
Email address

This information is purely for the purposes of registering you to the appropriate course/Awarding Body.
Your signature is required to confirm correct spelling of your name for Certification purposes. It is also used to confirm that you are satisfied with the outcome of your Course.

We may use your email address to send you notification of future courses that we deem may be of interest to you. Please advise us if you wish to opt out of this.

This information may be securely stored for up to 6 years – depending on regulations and client preferences.

Your rights under GDPR Law are not affected and can be applied upon your
request.

Photographs

As a Training Provider, we fully embrace the impact that social media can have on not only promoting our services, but in projecting a positive image of our Trainers and candidates visually enjoying their courses.
From time to time, we may take photos and videos of the courses in progress. This may be for promotional ‘action shots’ to underpin our ethos of a fun and inclusive learning environment. These photos may be subsequently used on our website and social media outlets. The Trainer will always allow candidates to view the taken images, and indeed encourages other learners to capture appropriate images.

Should you wish NOT to appear in any of the proposed postings, please ask your Trainer to provide you with an ‘opt-out’ form and we will not use any footage with you visible. Should you be happy at the time but change your mind later, please contact us at any time and we will remove the necessary photos/ posts.

PLEASE NOTE: For candidates who are Under 18, we MUST have permission from tutors and/ or parents & guardians before taking/ using any photos.
